Public Spaces Summer Workshop Series

In partnership with Philadelphia Parks and Recreation, the Free Library of Philadelphia, Philadelphia Parks Alliance, and the Knight Foundation, the Fairmount Park Conservancy is offering the Public Spaces Summer Workshop Series designed for community members and public space advocates and volunteers.

Social Media 101

Active Reading Workshop

This training will share strategies with parents and caregivers for reading with their children at least 15 minutes a day. At least 2 books per family will be given to build their child’s library.

This interactive workshop will cover best practices for searching for grants, applying for grants, and writing a successful grant proposal.
