Saturday Afternoon Gardening Workshops:
October 16 and 30 and November 6 and 13
Learn by doing –creating successful, sustainable and beautiful public spaces.
Maximum participation at any one time: 25 people.
Volunteers needed for tasks listed…
• Dig up and divide overgrown plants
•(Possible) Take-home perennials (attracting butterflies and other beneficials)
• Plant new replacement specimens
• Plant bulbs in designated areas
• Watering duties
• Cleanup
Note: these activities require adults. Children are most welcome if their caregivers can take responsibility for identifying appropriate tasks and supervising children’s participation at all times.
