Graffiti! Graffiti! Graffiti!

It’s everywhere.  The latest victim is the fresh stucco on the west wall of the building at 8th and Fitzwater. Stand at the 8th Street entrance to the park and you can see graffiti on walls in three different directions. How can we stop this?  Do we need a special meeting of Bella Vista Town Watch?
It’s becoming a real problem, and we need to be aggressive to stop it.
